Beginnings[]
The nation of OogaBoooga was founded by Waltar on 22 February 2008, after being encouraged by his friend Xantha to join. Though Xantha join the New Pacific Order, Waltar took to Invicta. He therefore applied on 23 February, and though mostly tempted by the possibility of money, Invicta sounded more laid back and fun then the other offers he had received.
Invicta[]
After being accepted, his career in Invicta took off. His first position was War Intern, followed by War Apprentice. He also joined the diplomatic group, becoming a diplomat and visiting other alliances. From that position, he was promoted to the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, assisting the Minister with handling relations with other alliances. His good work recognized, he was later made Minister of Foreign Affairs, a time in government that would later assist him well. He then retired from being Minister, but was made a Peer, an advisory rank for former government officials. After some time, President Jorost took a lengthy leave of absence, and at the same time former Vice-President Amonra had left, thus Jorost requested that Walter take the position of Vice-President and Acting-President at the same time. Waltar thus came out of retirement to do so. When Jorost returned, Waltar stepped down from his position due to time constraints, but was again made a Peer of Invicta.
For Waltar, his most favorite position has been acting-President, and he is thankful though to his experience in Foreign Affairs, which allowed him to successfully handle a number of incidents that occurred along the way.
Some of the most influential people for Waltar include Benjamin Smythe, who made in an Apprentice in the War Department, as well as Haflinger, for whom Waltar moved away from the War department and into Foreign Affairs to help out.
Waltar has been in a number of wars, but his most memorable was Operation Edict, where he took his first targets. He has participated in every war with Invicta since.
On April 22, 2010, Waltar resigned from Invicta due to pressure from Invicta government members Jorost and Sir Glen for a failure to change his AA to Regnum Invictorum. Waltar was in Invicta for 789 days before his resignation.
