The Von Mises Industrial Stock Exchange (VMIX) was founded in Austria Utopia on October 29, 2009 to allow its residence to invest money in companies more easily. The founders of the exchange were the companies themselves, due to the benefits of becoming a publicly traded company. All regulations in the exchange are self-regulations, and the government has no hand in the exchange.
