Treaties of Friendship, or ToFs, are interalliance agreements wherein the signatory alliances agree to generally friendly relations. ToFs may but do not always include provisions for mutual non-aggression, free or favored trade, senate support, shared intelligence, and/or financial support. ToFs may also be non-specific and may not include any such provisions.
ToFs are part of the non-military ladder of the Spectrum of Interalliance Treaties, though military clauses may be included in them.
