The Treaty for Maroon Dominance is a maroon team senate and MDoAP bloc [1] announced on 17th February, 2017.

Treaty for Maroon Dominance

Article I

The alliances of Non Grata, Nordreich, and The Last Remnants (“Signatory Alliances”) join together for the mutual domination of Maroon.

Article II

Should the Signatory Alliances’ dominance of Maroon be threatened, the Signatory Alliances are obliged to use any and all means necessary to address such threat and to defend one another when in pursuit thereof.

Article III

The Signatory Alliances agree to refrain from hostilities against one another, and to resolve all disputes peaceably.

Article IV

The Signatory Alliances agree to distribute the Maroon senate seats as follows:

1. Non Grata will hold two (2) senate seats
2. Nordreich will hold two (2) senate seats
3. TLR will hold one (1) senate seat
4. The distribution of senate seats may be changed with the agreement of all signatory alliances

Article V

Signatory Alliances agree that they will not sanction the member nations of any of the Signatory Alliances.

Article VI

Which alliances constitute a threat, for the purposes of Article I, and how to respond will be determined by the Signatory Alliances on an ad hoc basis.
