| Treaty at Bakura |
The Treaty at Bakura is a Mutual Defense Pact signed by the New Sith Order and The Phoenix Federation on April 27, 2010.
Text of the Treaty[]
Article I: Diplomacy and Non-Aggression[]
The New Sith Order and The Phoenix Federation will not take any action intended to bring harm to the other signatory or any of its member nations. In the event that any dispute may arise between the signatories, diplomacy will be the first course of action used to resolve the dispute.
Article II: Intelligence[]
The New Sith Order and The Phoenix Federation agree to share any information that directly or indirectly relates to the security or well-being of either alliance.
Article III: Aid[]
The undersigned alliances are encouraged, but not required, to provide economic and diplomatic aid when requested by the other signatory.
Article IV: Defense[]
If another party takes aggressive action against one of the undersigned, the other shall be obligated to provide moral, diplomatic, financial, and military support as requested.
This obligation shall be considered annulled in the event that the aggressive action taken against a signatory was a result of another treaty obligation, and all provisions for support outlined in paragraph one will become optional.
Article V: Cancellation[]
In the result that either party wishes to cancel this treaty, 72 hrs notice must be provided to the other party during which time all provisions of this document remain active. The 72 hour period may be waived provided both parties mutual consent.
