The Phoenix Federation Resistance Movement, or VietPF, was an occupation like conflict between The Phoenix Federation and various Karma alliances that arose after the surrender of the New Pacific Order in the Karma War. TPF would not withdraw from the war until NPO gained peace but after this happened TPF refused the surrender terms presented to them on the basis of the reparation amount being too high and the fact some of its members did not want to give any reparations to Poison Clan due to their history. Avalon, the other alliance still in the Karma War, continued it's stance of not accepting peace until TPF gained peace and thus was the last alliance to exit the Karma War.
