Treaty Text[]
Preamble[]
To many, a bond represents a conformity of admirable and respectable united force. In order to reinforce the bond of brotherhood between two age-old allies, tR and SWF both agree to the following:
Article 1.[]
TR and SWF recognize one another as sovereign alliances and the members of each alliance will treat each other with the appropriate respect in all assemblies, whether public, private, or exclusive. Both sides will do their part and act in concurrence in order to bring about productive conclusions.
Article 2.[]
Members of tR and SWF agree to not attack one another. In the event one alliance's nation attacks a nation belonging to the other alliance, both alliances shall order the attacking nation to offer peace and reparations within 24 hours. Should the attacking nation refuse to comply, the offending nation's alliance shall remove the nation from their ranks and commence retaliatory strikes alongside the other alliance.
Article 3.[]
Members of tR and SWF agree to share intelligence critical to the other alliance's safety. They also agree to not conduct espionage on one another, as any information should not be withheld on the part of either alliance. The sources of intelligence transferred under this clause may be kept confidential if agreed upon by the involved parties.
Article 4.[]
In the event of any armed conflict or economic devastation, it is the duty of the members of tR and SWF to come to the aid of any and all affected nations who are protected under the bindings of this document. An appropriation or program of financial aid shall be determined by the affected and aiding nations and/or their superiors.
Article 5.[]
This treaty, upon ratification, shall last until such time that one or both parties believe this treaty is no longer necessary. In that case, advance notice of 72 hours is required before formally dissolving this treaty. In the event violations of Articles Two or Three are unresolved sufficiently, this treaty may be dissolved without advance notice.
