The Black Parade is a tiny, under developed, and young nation at 8 days old with citizens primarily of British ethnicity whose religion is Norse. It is a backwards nation when it comes to technology and many refer to it unkindly as a 'Third World Nation'. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of The Black Parade work diligently to produce Silver and Spices as tradable resources for their nation. The government has no definite position on foreign affairs at this time. When it comes to nuclear weapons The Black Parade will not research or develop nuclear weapons. The military of The Black Parade has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. The Black Parade has no definite position on domestic issues concerning government protests in the country at this time. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Free speech is considered taboo in The Black Parade. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. The Black Parade will trade with other nations with questionable ethical treatment of their citizens but prefers to keep such trade agreements a secret.

Disturbance joined cybernations at the request of his friend Kean, whom he had met during high school some time ago. He also joined Kean in the New Pacific Order where he applied for a few roles within the media department.

Writing DivisionEdit

Disturbance has written a couple of poems dedicated to the order, as part of his role in the writing department.

Broadcasting DivisionEdit

Disturbance recently joined the broadcasting division, where he usually plays a variety of music, usually rock centered. He hopes to soon be able to use his microphone to hopefully attract more listeners to his variety show.
