Tevron is the leader of Devion, a nation located somewhere completely random and irrelevant. Today he serves as the Co-Leader of CLAWS. In the past he has served as the Assembly Chairperson of Global Alliance and Treaty Organization, Sultan and Caliph of the New Desolate Order, as well as the Deputy Minister of Peace, Deputy Minister of Truth, and Deputy Minister of Love in the New Polar Order and as the founding Minister of Foreign Affairs, and later Vice President of Atlas. He also briefly served in The International with a advisory role to the Complaints and Grievances Union. Today, he is most known for his long tenure in the high leadership of the Complaints and Grievances Union and his current position as the Grand Bard for the Roll For Initiative bloc.

Tevron also negotiates individual treaties with nations. He currently is treatied to the nations led by Banned, King William, Alexio15, Sir Kiloist, and Lowsten.

Early History, New Polar Order

Tevron started out as many rulers did, suddenly emerging in a brave new world. After reading dozens of recruitment messages, he decided to put the fate of his nation in the hands of the New Polar Order. He forever wondered how things would have been different, if he had gone with his second choice: The Order of Light.

Devion was a largely incompetent nation. He partook in Polaris's "SKI" program, just before it was rendered obsolete and undone, and his nation did very little outside of the internal affairs of his own nation. Things would change when Operation Bite Me began, aka the PB-NpO War. From that moment on, Tevron became an active part of his alliance. He joined the diplomatic staff of Polaris and was first assigned to Avalanche and then Kingdom of Hyrule. While a diplomat, he joined and revitalized the "Marauding" program and became Master Marauder. It wasn't long before Tevron was actively doing diplomatic work for many of Polaris's allies, including Farkistan, United Purple Nations and United Sovereign Nations. During this time, Tevron fought in a war for real and enjoyed it greatly. It was of course, Grudge War. Tevron was already sick of losing, so he hoped he could do his best to help them out in the areas he enjoyed the most. He helped reform the New Desolate Order in TE where he led it for several rounds, and he continued his steadfast work in the Ministry of Truth as a Foreign Affairs Officer, mentored by Quantum Leap, Dajobo and Mergerberger.

In mid to late 2012, Tevron joined the Arctic Council in Polaris as an appointment from Emperor Randominterrupt, due to a sudden vacancy. Tevron was re-elected every term until he no longer ran, serving at various times as Deputy Minister of Peace, Love and Truth (Primarily in Truth) under his mentor Mergerberger. As a Deputy Minister of Truth, Tevron enjoyed being given duties that stepped outside of the norm for deputy government. He wrote and negotiated the Polaris - The Combine treaty and delivered the cancellation notice to Ascended Republic of Elite States. His most favorite moments in Polaris foreign affairs include attempting to bury the hatchet with the New Sith Order and attempting to cultivate ties with the Complaints and Grievances Union: Especially with The International and Orange Defense Network. Tevron's relative 'fame' and 'potential' were seen abroad and within the New Polar Order, and it came as a shock to him to see that he was not only nominated but runner up to the legendary Pacifican Emperor Brehon as "Player Most likely to achieve Greatness in 2013" in the 2012 CN Awards.

Tevron worked tirelessly to be a part of the community within Polaris. He made sure the maurauders were well led going forward and helped organize the New Polar Order's Skype Group which brought together some of the best and brightest rising members at the time, including Professor, GeniusInc, CharlesV, Mugiwara, and FearUnited. Several of these members would join Tevron and FearUnited in starting over the New Desolate Order. After FearUnited's first round as Sultan, Tevron would serve as Sultan for the next several rounds, before appointing Professor as his successor.

Unfortunately for Tevron, there was no position for future growth in Polaris in the foreign affairs position. When Mergerberger stepped down, Quantum Leap succeeded him. Due to this, the Imperial authority moved Tevron to both the Ministries of Peace and Love, hoping to expand his overall horizons and cultivate some semblance of competence outside of foreign affairs. Whether they were successful, it is hard to say. After serving as Deputy Minister of Love only shortly, Tevron experienced burnout and deigned not to run in the next Arctic Council Election. He served in these sub government positions for roughly nine months, and happily enjoyed working with his fellow Deputy Ministers, including Mompson, Vindicator, WarGod001, Nikki Nemisis -- as well as the Ministers he served under, Mergerberger, Quantum Leap, Hullean and Medic32.

In retirement, Tevron remained a member of the outer party and continued his work as a Foreign Affairs Officer. But it was not long before he felt restless and ready for something new. He did not want to rejoin the world of Deputy government, so he resigned from Polaris and applied to The International at the recommendation of Momentum, then benevolent dictator of the leftist alliance.

CnG Forever

Tevron does not consider his time in The International as particularly memorable, but it did launch his broader FA career. Upon joining the communists, Tevron was immediately given a position equivalent to high government, and worked in earnest to get on good terms with his blocmates in the Complaints and Grievances Union. However, things were tumultuous in The International, and the alliance didn't seem to be the proper fit that Tevron was looking for. At the time, they were undergoing severe tensions within the bloc, and were basically a corrupt oligarchy. Fun though it was, it didn't really work for Tevron and he felt he had little room to grow. Initially, Tevron considered a return to the New Polar Order, but eventually decided against it. He wanted to found his own alliance or join an alliance with a more traditional structure, hoping that he could serve in a Minister level capacity at least. The chaos and despotism of The International was not for him. Part of this was also tied to difficulties in reaching foreign affairs objectives that had been discussed between Momentum and Tevron.

At around this time, Tevron spoke with Kevanovia, whom he had met back in The Combine. Kevanovia offered him the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs in an alliance that he was forming with a lot of others. Tevron was assured that they would remain allies to CnG through their protectorate with the Orange Defense Network. With the blessing of Momentum, Tevron departed from The International and became a founding member of Atlas, originally debuting as their Minister of Foreign Affairs, his first true Cabinet position.

Atlas Shrugs, The First Time

Forming Atlas with the likes of Kevanovia, Alexio15, JackW, Fang Calios, President Hardin, AlexTheGreat, Salsabeast, Partisan, Dorian, Lion5 aka Claude, and a seemingly unending list of other names that would go on to varied success but general (in)famy in the political order to come, Tevron was entrusted with Minister of Foreign Affairs. This suited him just fine, since he was able to continue working alongside his recent friends and allies in CnG alliances. Tevron recognized the polarities of the world at the time as being particularly dangerous for fledgling alliances. When issues with the complex Roman Empire-style government grew to be too strong in Atlas, it was decided to reform the government and allow for elections. (You may generally read about this on the Atlas page). Ultimately, Tevron and Partisan got into a heated argument since they were at odds with each other regarding the overall future of the alliance. Both were becoming increasingly burnt out by the daily bickering and management issues that became prevalent when it became apparent that Atlas' election supported enough division and activity that four separate governments were being proposed with fundamentally different members. Tevron and Partisan both stepped out, pledging to remain neutral in the election and allow the less deeply frustrated candidates (JackW and Alexio15) to lead Atlas into the future -- both hoping it would lead to less division.

Alexio15 triumphed, and appointed Tevron as his Minister of Foreign Affairs.

There was very little Foreign Affairs work to actually do as a fledgling alliance at the formation of Atlas, and after a short time of relative stasis, Tevron of Devion vanished from the world.

The Second Time's the Charm

Tevron returned several years later at the urging of Alexio15, who informed him that the heart and soul of Atlas was on the line, and it was his hope that bringing Tevron back into the fold would help. The issue of the time was the alliance of MI6 which had infiltrated Atlas's ranks and had initiated an internal vote on a treaty between the two alliances. While Alexio15 was sympathetic to MI6, their blatant manipulation of his alliance frustrated him and he felt that there was no need to rush the situation. Since MI6 at the time was led by Partisan and Salsabeast, former Atlas founders, Alexio felt bringing Tevron into the loop would assist matters. He created the position of Lord of Atlas and appointed Tevron and Slimcad to the position.
