This template is used on NPO position history tables to make data entry more efficient. The first parameter is the date the individual took office, the second parameter is the individual's name (automatically linked - use {{!}} to include a display specification), and the third parameter is the date the individual left office (leave blank if the individual currently holds the position). Dates should be formatted like "January 1, 2012" (without quotes) for consistency. New row code is included automatically. See {{NPOCoordinators}} for an example of use.
