no other alliance in the game can acutally give you the right money at the right time at the right price, if you want to have a stake of ruling the Cyberworld than there is one place and that is UKAI. In order to join go to 'edit my nation' than to alliance and specify other, after that type in UKAI and than you are a member. you will be a strong nation only if you are a UKAI nation
