TLK is a White alliance that was founded on January 4, 2010. TLK is not an acronym.

Charter

TLK's charter governs actions within TLK. The current version was ratified on November 22, 2011.

History

Founding

TLK was originally a planned merge of the alliance Coalition of Erratic Nations and another close alliance. However, due to technicalities, the merge never got off the ground. Instead, a few months after the disbandment of CEN, Magion, former Minister of Economics for CEN, begged to start TLK once again. So on founding member RubianQueen521's birthday, the DoE was made in the form of a birthday present.

Wars

A few months after TLK's existence began, rogue actions caused UCN to spring to its feet, and her allies, in what was being deemed 'Operation Rape Train'. However, TLK fought back, and was able to deter the rogue nations from continuing their pointless war, with the help of a few friends who asked to temporarily join the alliance.

And as per the usual with new members, there have been a handful of incidents regarding unregistered raids on other aligned nations, but everything has ended up being sorted out for the better, with the nations being able to remain within TLK.

Before TLK's charter rewrite on January 4, 2010, there were 3 General seats that filled the place of the now Director seat. These seats had no elections, like the current Director seat.

Overwatch

The Overwatch was based on a joining of the Academic and Foreign Ministrys, with a belief that more bodies could do the job better than just 2. The Overwatch should represent about 5% of the alliance, but there is no maximum of minimum percent of bodies that have to be involved.
