The Strathclydian Social Democratic Party (SSDP) was the second-largest political party in the People's Democratic Soviet Republic of Strathclyde.
Prior to the nation's dissolution, the SSDP controlled 46 out of the 503 Delegates in the Grand Parliament of Strathclyde, having won 18.5% of the popular vote in the last election.
Vice President Madame J Fletcher, Minister of Environmental Protection M Ross, and Minister of Foreign Affairs T Hewitt were members of the SSDP, making it one of the largest parties by members in the Executive Council, along with the Communist Party of Strathclyde.
