The Sovereign League of Armed Powers is an up and coming alliance in Planet Bob. As an alliance, SLAP has fought in Monsters Mash in the vanguard and in support of allies in the ojwardsc conflict. The Sovereign League of Armed Powers was founded in September 2009 by AzAce and Banned. Sovereign League of Armed Powers was formerly know as The Black Hand on the Black team. Disbanded April 24, 2011. The Sovereign League of Armed Powers reformed on April 15, 2013.
