The Sith Emperor is the sovereign lord of the New Sith Order. He is the ultimate arbiter of law and diplomacy, and reserves the right to delegate these responsibilities as he sees fit. The Emperor has no term limit, enjoying a life tenure by law, but their appointment can be terminated if over thrown by the members of the Darth Council. At the end of the Second Unjust War, Ivan Moldavi elected to step down, and was replaced by Lintwad.
