The Scottish Capitalist Party (SCP) was a right-wing pro-capitalist political party in the People's Democratic Soviet Republic of Strathclyde.

Prior to the nation's dissolution, the SCP controlled 9 out of the 503 Delegates in the Grand Parliament of Strathclyde, having won 3.7% of the popular vote in the last election.
