Scorn is the founder and ruler of the nation of Arcane. He is a former member of the Mostly Harmless Alliance and the alliance's Deputy Minister of Destructor Fleets, and currently is the ruler of the Delusions of Grandeur alliance.
Nation[]
Arcane is a medium sized, well developed, and ancient nation with citizens primarily of Mixed ethnicity whose religion is Christianity. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Arcane work diligently to produce Cattle and Uranium as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. Plans are on the way within Arcane to open new rehabilitation centers across the nation and educate its citizens of the dangers of drug use. Arcane allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Arcane believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. Arcane will trade with other nations with questionable ethical treatment of their citizens but prefers to keep such trade agreements a secret. Arcane was founded on July 25, 2008 at 8:38:21 PM.

Scorn joined the Mostly Harmless Alliance on July 26, 2008 at 3:21:05 PM. During his tenure in MHA, he has served in a plethora of positions within the alliance.

Fleet Lieutenant[]
Scorn has a long history of being a member of MHA's military, and his first job was that of Fleet Lieutenant under the old command structure.
Fleet Commander[]
Scorn served as the Fleet Commander of two different fleets, both the Infinite Improbability Squadron and the Vogon Poetry Appreciation Society. He was the only commander of the latter, and was famous for his vogon poetry competitions that he held alongside sign-ins.
Fleet Captain[]
When the command structure of the Ministry of Destructor Fleets changed, Scorn followed along and became Captain of the Infinite Improbability Squadron.
Deputy Minister of Destructor Fleets[]
Scorn is the current Deputy Minister of Destructor Fleets.
