History

Rysonia was founded approximately 700 years ago. Culture and the Arts were the goals of the Land and the people were led by the Astaria clan. For centuries peace and prosperity were everywhere. Then it all changed...

In 1993 war came to the peaceful land of Rysonia. Her streets were ravaged and her royal family cruelly butchered, all save one that is. Emperor Ivan Moldavi hearing of the troubles the Rysonian's faced came to their rescue with the full military might of the NPO at his back. That day the Rysonian people swore allegiance to their hero and to the NPO and made their 6 year old Princess Dictator for life.

The capital city is Rysa City, Rysa is city which is unique in its own right with exciting architecture from days gone past, historical significance and a rapid population growth. This City is 100's of years old.

Government and Politics

Rysonia, is a nation with a unique culture incorporating it's founding on immigration. She is a Capitalist Society

Rysonia is not well known for its tolerance, though the Nation has been known to choose odd friends, such as the peace loving Brazilians. In negotiations and Diplomacy the Rysonian people are known to excel, much to the suprise of the international community.

Foreign Relations

Rysonia enjoys excellent relations with other members of the NPO. Embassies also exist amongst all member nations of the Green Commonwealth of Utopian Nations.

International Agreements and Alliances

Rysonia is a member of the International Green Colaition and the Green Trading Sphere. Their leader is also reported to belong to the IBES (see Ivan Moldavi's wiki in Individuals for more information on this infamous band)

Economy

The Rysonia economy is very strong, running mostly off the production of Iron and Fisheries.

=== Languages === English, Spanish, Gibberish, Swahili, Gobbledegook and French are the predominant languages in Rysonia, though for convenience sake Rysonia made English the official language. All 6 languages are taught to school childen from a young age. Gobbledegook is even taught to 2 year olds! Now isn't that cool?

Religion

Though officially Rysonia follows the practice of Voodoo, a stong minority still follow the Way of Adminism. Many also worship Mufasa, the Great Lion In The Sky who defeated Tuburubulumunurubula the Great Insect Of The Earth in a fierce contest above Mount Ug. The people who follow Mufasa blindly are called "Lionists" or "Squambatakalamurasafuriantoreeniosi" commonly shortened to Squami because of the comparative simpleness to say.

Military

(Not released as of yet due to security Concerns)but an insider by the name of Futuwwa, leader of the Squami High Church, reported that the military of Rysonia consisted of 300 soldiers and 4 earthworms (which are surprisingly effective against tanks, believe it or not).
