The Rising Sun Federation is a small not yet big alliance on the Yellow Sphere. It's currently a protectorate of Valhalla.
Charter[]

The Rising Sun Federation's charter inserts the Triad as the life-term appointed, ruling body of the alliance. In order for a matter to be passed, it requires a unanimous vote from the triads. It also inserts the elected government of the alliance, the Directorate, and defines their positions and the election of them. The charter also outlines the process of being admitted from the alliance and resigning from the alliance, RSF's policies of war and it's stance towards raiding.
