The Reichskanzler (Chancellor) is the Second in Command of The German Empire, and is responsible for overseeing the Imperial German Government in accordance with the Laws and Customs of The German Empire, and the direction of the Kaiser. The Chancellor is appointed by and serves at the leisure of the Kaiser.
