Queen Hoopdy the 1st founded Hoopdopia on Febuary 14th, 2007. Hoopdopia is a growing, mostly developed, and ancient nation with citizens primarily of British ethnicity whose religion is Taoism. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Hoopdopia work diligently to produce Rubber and Uranium as tradable resources for their nation. The government has no definite position on foreign affairs at this time. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Hoopdopia has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Hoopdopia allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. Its borders are closed to all forms of immigration. Hoopdopia believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. Hoopdopia will not make deals with another country that has a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

Queen Hoopdy the 1st joined the Mostly Harmless Alliance on November 14, 2009. Since then, she has served as a mailer, a diplomat, Secretary of Bilateral Relations, Captain of the Dogs of War, and Minister of Babel Fish.
Dunder Mifflin[]
Queen Hoopdy the 1st helped to found Dunder Mifflin on March 3, 2011. She is the first and current Office Administrator (MoIA).
