The Province of Albania (German: Provinz von Albanien) is a province of the Duchy of Brunswick. The province is made up of the former Republic of Albania. It is bordered by the provinces of Montenegro, Macedonia, and Greece. It also borders the Adriatic Sea and Ionian Sea. Its capital is Tirana.

Illyrian tribes and the Roman Empire ruled in ancient times. Albania was ruled by the Byzantine Empire from 535 to 1204. The Ottoman Turks took over Albania in the 15th century and ruled until late 1912. Albania became a battlefield of World War I then became a Republic afterwards. Ahmed Zogu installed himself as president in 1925 before becoming King Zog I in 1928. Italy annexed Albania in 1939 but gave the country over to Communist guerrillas in 1944. The communists separated ties with Soviet Russia in 1960 and held majority of power until the 1991 elections. The Communists lost power in 1992, which caused economic collapse and social unrest. The first non-Communist president was elected in 1992.

Albania became a province of the Duchy in 2009.
