The Proclamation of the Disestablishment of the Joint Military Command of Preßburg and Preschau was a document signed by the heads of the Joint Military Command of Preßburg and Preschau (Gemischten Militärkommando Preßburg und Preschau, GMkPP) on 17 August 2009 creating the modern Slovak Republic from the Großgermanian military administration of Slovakia following the July War.

Proclamation of the Disestablishment of the Joint Military Command of Preßburg and Preschau
In accordance with the Imperial Decree of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Greater Germania, Michael von Preußen, and in the name of the Joint Military Command of Preßburg and Preschau, the following is hereby promulgated and adopted in full force, effective immediately:
- The Joint Military Command of Preßburg and Preschau is hereby abolished, and it will cease, immediately and without delay, to exercise jurisdiction in the territory of Slovakia.
- Jurisdiction in the territory of Slovakia shall be vested in a directorial republic, the Slovak Republic, with a self-perpetuating leadership in the form of a Directory, which shall elect its own members.
- The Imperial Government of the People's Empire of Greater Germania shall hold the sole authority to determine the legitimacy of the Directory of the Slovak Republic.
