Jakeb Norton is the 1st and current King of the United States of JBR--the second-highest (or third some say) position in the government of the United States of JBR. Of mixed descent (mostly Cuban and Ukrainian), Norton identifies himself as a secular, cultural Progressive Seventh-day Adventist Christian and is actively for gun rights. Norton is the founder of the Norton Dynasty and is in charge of maintaining the internal body of the government of the United States of JBR. Norton has rights in voting in congressional meetings along with advising the Cabinet although it is usually up to the President to. Norton is characterized with a short-tempered attitude along with a soft side with a comedic twist.
