Pope Pius XIII is the pope of the Catholic Church and head of state of Papal States. He was made Pope in early February 2006, but widespread recognition came in March after it became clear that there were numerous popes. Alternatively, Pope Hope is recognized as the head of the breakaway Orange Catholic Church.
A former member and leader of the National Alliance for Arctic Countries (NAAC), Pope Pius quickly resigned from the NAAC at the beginning of the Second Arctic War, having left because the people suspended him and he did not want to fight for those who did not want him. He then moved Papal States to the independent New Polar Order and some have criticized him for his vocal recruitment. Today, opinion is split on him.
In the past, some have pinned the label of Antipope to him, and made other Popes. Pius still says he is Pope, though.
