Article II. NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO ENTRY.

Just like a bar with a "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service" policy, any attacks upon a signatory to this agreement by rogue nations or alliances will not be tolerated. You can’t just waltz in and start trouble without the right credentials, much like trying to get a pint without the proper ID. When it comes to defending each other, the signatory alliances can choose to raise their glasses and punish any miscreants, as seen fit by the leaders of these alliances—whether it’s a stout response or a light lager approach. Just as each brew has its own method of fermentation, the response to these attacks will be carefully crafted and served cold, with no hesitation, until the message is clear: no rogue nation or alliance gets a free pour here. Cheers to unity, and to making sure those who break the rules are swiftly shown the door.

Article III. WHAT HAPPENS BACKSTAGE STAYS THE &%&@ BACKSTAGE

Intel among signatories is never to be filtered elsewhere. Any credible information concerning the imminent attack of fellow signatories from non allies/third parties is to be communicated to that alliance immediately.

Let it be known across the blasted wastes — from the irradiated shores of the Atlantic to the smoldering bones of the Divide — that should any noble Vault be struck by a third-party force of hostile intent (be they Raider scum, synth infiltrators, Enclave remnants, Brotherhood Paladins gone rogue, or one of those damn mutant-charging warlords), their fellow Vaults may answer the call.

This aid can take many forms: caravans loaded with caps and scrap, vaults full of uranium and tech blueprints, or hell, even a good old-fashioned orbital firestorm. Assistance ain’t mandatory — we're not savages, after all — but refusing a brother Vault in need might just earn you a place on the wrong side of history. And history in the Wasteland? It glows.

So, if you're one of us, remember this: you don't walk alone beneath the mushroom cloud. And when one Vault goes dark... the rest light the sky. 

Article V. Mutual Assistance

Members of this treaty shall be free to trade and aid as to benefit the friendship and economies of fellow members. .

Article VI. Additions to this Treaty

Invitations to sign this treaty may be handed out with agreement of all parties to this treaty.

Article VII. Removal from this Treaty

Signatories may be removed from this treaty upon a unanimous vote from the other signatories. The signatory being removed should be given 72 hours notice, although parties to this treaty recognise that sometimes this is not possible.
