Many say that DOOM spied on PWC but in fact it was the act of a terrorist organization known only as 'The Global Terror Network' or GTN. While only lasting a short period of time GTN spied off a number of nukes from multiple alliances, got TAB to cancel its treaty with DOOM, and started a war between PWC, TCB,and DOOM.
