Ogaden, or James Dahl, is the ruler of Ogaden. He is the current Head of Internal Affairs and a former Head of Foreign Affairs and Head of Internal Affairs of the Random Insanity Alliance.

History

Ogaden became the ruler of the nation of Ogaden in early 2009 where he later joined the New Pacific Order. During his time in the Order he was known to be controversial during inter-alliance discussions on the Open World Forum. After fighting in the Karma War for the Order he decided to leave and find a new alliance. On August 7, 2009 he was convinced by crazyisraelie to join the Random Insanity Alliance, who he was an ambassador to during his time in the Order, instead of founding a new alliance. After his entry into the RIA he became an active and contributing member. In the November 2009 elections after Arsenal 10 decided not to re-run Ogaden announced his campaign for Head of Foreign Affairs. During the election he gained 65.62% of the vote against Leo and became HoFA. After becoming Head of Foreign Affairs he decided to create three new departments and deputies. These were the Love bRIgade, the RIand Corporation, and the Cactuhova's Witnesses which were initially led by Directors crazyisraelie, Penkala, and SWAT128 respectively. In the January 2010 elections he decided to re-run and was re-elected after gaining 61.54% of the votes against cctmsp13 and Leo, who were both running for every position. In the March 2010 elections Ogaden decided to run for Head of Internal Affairs instead of Head of Foreign Affairs. He ended up winning the four-way election, gaining the office by overtaking rlrcstrnthusiast, his primary opponent, by a single vote.
