Northwest Uralica (Finn. Luoteisuralikka, Russ. Северо-Западная Уралика) is the largest of Uralica's counties and the second sparsest in terms of population, beaten in this category only by Nenetsia-North Uralica, which it borders on the northeast. Due to its large size it borders several counties overall - Kotlas, Woodlands, Komiland, Pechora, Karelia, and West Uralica by land and also, surrounds the Arkhangel'sk-Severodvinsk unitary authority. It borders Sapmi county by water as well.

Its county seat is Usovuori, but Onega is its largest settlement.
