The Northern Alliance of Democratic Nations (NADN) is a small alliance of the Aqua team faction. It was founded on March 12, 2010, 10:33 PM.

Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try, I guess what I am asking of is not a need of a protectorate at the moment but a guide to prosper as an new alliance. I do not think that this will happen over night and for the most part I expect none of it to, but my proposition declares that my alliance is more of on like a business, for example Wesfarmers, the owner of Kmart, Coles, Target, Bunnings(Aus), Office works, and more. Right now you are just the bare bones of what could be a massive online alliance far surpassing others, you could be like Wesfarmers a sure fire, blue chip, to the Cybernations market. But all this starts with investment and I plan on starting this investment off. The first thing you need to make a successful branch of a company is clear vision and focus. If you have ever watched Tiger Woods play golf you will see focus on a whole different level. It's scary. His competitors can feel it and it can become very intimidating. He makes clutch putts that not only determine if he will win a major but also determine the difference in tens of thousands of dollars. Could you imagine standing over a golf ball with ten thousand people behind you. If you make it you win the Master's and earn an additional $50,000 and you will be the top play on Sportscenter the next day. The same thing with Tom Brady, Bill Belichick saw promise in a guy that others did not he saw that in the super bowl he had one shot to make history and with Tom Brady he made arguably one of the worlds top sports investments. I see a successful branch for your alliance and I see that with a little help with in the next two months a start to a new alliance treaty and a start to an ever lasting voyage of prosperity & valour. The second thing you need is something that will set you aside from other alliances. When starting my alliance as expected my message bank filled with 35 messages of recruitment for alliances like the New Polar Order, Avalanche and ironically not the UCN. But the most honest and reliable was actually the smallest Avalanche over the following days I analysed and followed their course of action that they did not offer tech deals or anything along those lines which I was sceptical of but offered that I would be part of a major investment as they were under the protection of the NPO and steadily growing. I can not necessarily promise my recruits tech deals or money but I can promise them a seat that will not be forgotten*, an opinion that will not be unheard and most of all, Prosperitas quod Virtus, Prosperity & Valour. Google's plan, for example, was simply to create a search site that didn't suck. They had three new ideas: index more of the Web, use links to rank search results, and have clean, simple web pages with unintrusive keyword-based ads. Above all, they were determined to make a site that was good to use. No doubt there are great technical tricks within Google, but the overall plan was straightforward. And while they probably have bigger ambitions now, this alone brings them a billion dollars a year. The last point I have to show for this is that you should always start with good people. What do I mean by this? Well I didn't just choose you because you have an awesome name or Jonny has a cool display picture that reminds me of my dog but because i see that the people of this alliance are all dedicated and determined to help and listen to those who speak. You are people who don't pester people till they join leaving your potential recruits squirming on the hook try to get off. When looking for a alliance that could help I thought of three questions I would ask; was the alliance genuinely smart? If so, could they actually get things done? And Where they people I could communicate with? So far I have only found one alliance that has passed all three, yours.
