The Monarch of the EUFN was an elected offical of the higest command within the alliance. On 8 April 2008 the monarchy was replaced by a presidential republic. Although the King and the Prime Minister was somewhat tends to be equal in the alliance, the King asserted more authority within the EUFN and it's affairs. As the Monarch he or she was also the leader of the EUFN Council and the EUFN High Command. The first and last Monarch was the First King of the alliance King Dope who became the first president of the alliance.
Reason for it to be abolished[]
The leader and founder King Dope thought that having an elected official for life would render the point of elections pointless as that he or she thats elected would pretty much serve for life and having a somewhat benovlent (or not) dictator as the leader of the alliance.
