The Minister of Defense and Internal Punishment of the Irish Republican Army is the head military leader and responsible for disciplining rouge nations acting within the Irish Republican Army.

• Approve Exceptions to the Alliance Defense Fund Rules (Also must be approved by Senate, General of the Irish Republican Army, and Grand General of the Irish Republican Army)

• Maintain The Black List (Frozen and Expelled Members) (along with Grand General of the Irish Republican Army)
