Univ of Washington is a medium sized, well developed, and ancient nation at 1067 days old with citizens primarily of Chinese ethnicity who follow no religion. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Univ of Washington work diligently to produce Cattle and Pigs as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Univ of Washington has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Univ of Washington allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Univ of Washington believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. Univ of Washington will not make deals with another country that has a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

Mhawk is a former Commanding General, and the third to hold the title of Evil Overlord in The Phoenix Federation. He is currently a minister in TPF.
Univ of Washington[]
Mhawk is the ruler of the nation of Univ of Washington. In addition he is the proud owner of a very healthy collection of guns, which is open for the taking of anyone willing to come and get them.
This proud libertarian nation places the protection of the individual above all else and enshrines the right to keep and bear arms in the preamble to the constitution and its first, second and fourteenth amendments.

Role in Elysium[]
He was founder, Consul, and Pontifex Maximus of the now defunct Elysium
Mhawk was one of the founding members of Elysium, and has served since its inception as Consul and Pontifex Maximus. As leader of Elysium, Mhawk has had pivotal rolls in the BAPS War, Elysium-HoU War, and Elysium-Blitzkrieg War, as well as in the formation of the Purple Economic Acceleration & Collaborative Entente, also known as the Poseidon and Pegasus Blocs.
Role in Molon Labe[]
Mhawk served for two terms as Minister of War and Defense and one term as a Congressman for Molon Labe. During this time he focused heavily on restructuring the Molon Labe military and establishing a training academy for mil officers in addition to general training for members.
Mhawk also negotiated and wrote Molon Labe's first mutual defense treaty with Valhalla.
