Ironstar
Mattheus was born on September 20, 63 B.C. Originally a Roman citizen, he left Rome to travel the world for many centuries, in hopes of establishing a great empire. It was only a short time ago when Mattheus established the nation of Ironstar in the arctic wastelands of Alaska. The nation was slow to expand in size and strength, so Mattheus joined the New Polar Order in hopes of bettering his nation. The NpO indeed helped his nation to grow. He remained with Polaris through good and bad, fighting in two wars with them. The second war ravaged the nation of Ironstar, causing anarchy and a major revolt against their benevolent leader, Mattheus, and he was sent into exile back to Rome. How ironic.
Before the War, Mattheus had previously been made the NpO diplomat to the Christian Coalition of Countries. He met Ogden Chichester, Keystroke, Samwise, and many other great people. He made the decision to switch to the CCC, but only after he left the NpO. He was labeled as a deserter, because he left during the war. However, he knew the war was over. In fact, the day after he left, the treaties were signed to end the war. As for Ironstar, because the people exiled their faithful leader, they ultimately fell to the opposing forces in the Second Patriotic War. Let it be known that Mattheus still does not harbor any hard feelings toward Polaris.
Nova Centuria
After Mattheus arrived in Rome, he found many Italian followers who supported his ideals. He established the Holy Christian Empire of Nova Centuria. He only had 100 followers at the time. As of November 4, 2008 A.D. Nova Centuria has over 17,000 supporters.
He joined the CCC almost as soon as he established Nova Centuria. He was quick to rise in the CCC government. He is currently an Assistant Minister of Internal Affairs (Director of Member Compliance). He, along with Emperor Tiberius, founded the Knights of SPAM-A-LOT, an extension of the CCC, which is open to all members of Planet Bob. Mattheus and the Knights hope that SPAM-A-LOT will one day become the largest SPAM forum known to CN.
The motto of The Holy Christian Empire of Nova Centuria is Deō et Reī Publicae, which means "For God and the Republic"
