Lord Valleo joined the New Pacific Order in February 2008 after an 18 month hiatus from Cyber Nations. NPO is the sole alliance of which Lord Valleo has been a member.

Personal History[]
As other Rulers, he was previously part of small alliances where he rose to be one of the top-three. As these Rulers he initially, wasn't interested in big alliances like the NPO. He presumed that larger alliances like the NPO were not capable of honesty and fairness just because of their size.
Still, Lord Valleo joined the NPO in order to judge for himself whether these preconceived notions were correct. He was pleasantly surprised to find they were not, and that the NPO provided a community of individuals and values unparalleled by any in Planet Bob. In his own words, My expectations were blown away as I realized how wrong people were about the NPO and I realized I had found my home. I can safely say the New Pacific Order is the best alliance on Planet Bob.
Professional History[]
Lord Valleo has served in a variety of leadership positions in the Order. His track to his current position, as an Imperial Officer, begun in the Diplomatic Corps of the New Pacific Order. Lord Valleo was promoted from Special Envoy to Imperial Legate of the Diplomatic Corps on September 25, 2012. In this position Lord Valleo assisted the Imperial Officers with the Order's foreign policy and ran the day-to-day affairs of the Diplomatic Corps with his co-legate. On March 4, 2013 Lord Valleo was appointed by Emperor Brehon to fill Farrin's position as Imperial Officer of Foreign Affairs. On February 5, 2014 Lord Valleo stepped down as Imperial Officer of Foreign Affairs.
