Liese Weisemann is the first and only Chancellor to serve in the Imperial Dominion of Prussia so far. She was appointed on the first of April, 2009, after the establishment of the Constitution following the end of the Tenarran Civil War. Liese also serves as the incumbent chairwoman of the Emergency Procedure Organization.
Liese was born on the 29th of April, 1961, in the Tenarran city of Ghashi. From an early age, she showed many signs of brilliance and she excelled in school. After going through Secondary School, she received an invitation to attend the most prominent University in the Kingdom, the Royal University of Tenarra. She studied there for 12 years, receiving a doctorate in Political Science and History, and also received degrees in International Relations and Economics. Proving to be an excellent student there, she received a job in the Ministry of State of the Kingdom, eventually in 1998 becoming one of the most brilliant Ministers of State to work in the Kingdom. She was the only Minister, other than Minister of Justice Alfred von Schliefen, to be a member of the Imperialist Union of Tenarra, a political Party in Tenarra.
In the Tenarran Civil War, Liese played an important role as the administrator of the Imperialist Faction. Due to this, and his trust of her, Alfred von Schliefen appointed her as Chancellor after the war.
