Early life[]
- Kristof was born in a small town in New Jersey on December 26, 1991. He quickly grew up seeing the problems in the world, and he envisioned himself fixing them. In the years 2006/2007, he fell in love with the woman of his dreams, and saw the perfection of life, living it for a sort time. Everything went well until propganda was sprung against him and everything fell apart. He wandered for four months, questioning life itself. In August, he reached a point in his mind which he called the Enlightened Freidenfeuer. This revelation was the realization of Buddhist principles, and how to save the world from sorrow. His quest continues today, in Werstandfreiland.
Formation of a Country[]
- Kristof went out searching for a place to create a wonderful and perfect eutopia under his rule. His idea was to create a nation that was Libertarian, run by the people, with only himself to resolve any problems that might arise in the first stages of the country peacefully. He knew that the best place to start would be in Europe, for Europe had the aura of freedom. He also knew that the people who he should try to convince to create a new nation with must be German, as German people inspired him and could help build the perfect world.
The Majorcan War[]
- After a few months of searching, Kristof arrived in a small island in the middle of the Mediterranean called Majorca. He said this about the land,
This land is such that anyone can be in a peaceful place at any given time. It is surrounded by the seas and filled with love. This must be the place for freedom.

- The Majorcan island was available also. When hearing of a new, perfect nation that could come to be, Spain and Italy moved troops in to destroy the Majorcans. After a day, the Majorcan people had been converted to Buddhism, and were made loyal to the new government that was going to be instated the next day. Kristof didn't want any violence but it was for the best. On November 2, 2007, Kristof wrote a Declaration of Independence and settled down on his new land.
The Declaration[]
- Kristof wrote his declaration with the Minervan people in mind. A section of it is reproduced here:
PROCLAMATION
Kaiser Kristof von Ziegesar DOES HEREBY PROCLAIM:- WHEREAS the island known as Majorca is under direct rule of Kristof and his government;
AND WHEREAS Kristof owns the land legally; THEREFORE we do hereby AFFIRM and PROCLAIM that the island and waters lying within a radius of the island thereof are part of our new nation, Werstandfreiland.
