Kovatsia is a tiny, under developed, and new nation at 1 days old with citizens primarily of Russian ethnicity who follow no religion. It is a backwards nation when it comes to technology and many refer to it unkindly as a 'Third World Nation'. Its citizens enjoy freedom from high taxation and as a result tend to earn more money. The citizens of Kovatsia work diligently to produce Uranium and Gold as tradable resources for their nation. The government has no definite position on foreign affairs at this time. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The Kovatsia nation leaders are aware of the situation of drug use in the country but are too addicted to drugs themselves to do anything about it. Kovatsia does not allow any form of government protests. Its armed police forces work quickly at 'dissolving' any and all government protests. Its borders are closed to all forms of immigration. Kovatsia detains individuals who participate in slanderous comments about the government. The government of Kovatsia has no compassion for other people of the world and does not contribute to foreign aid. Kovatsia will not make deals with another country that has a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.
Brief History[]
Kovatsia was formed by a separatist group/national population of people who sought themselves different and of different culture to that of Russia. It is believed to be that the population are descendants of tribal groups part of the land formed long before Russia was formed but speak a very different dialect to that of the Russians. When the country was formed they were isolated and separated from the rest of the world and to this day is still off limits to anyone wanting to visit and anyone wanting to visit may find themselves in trouble. The nation has no religion whatsoever and have no beliefs.
