Kirovo-Chepetsk (Finn. Kepsikirovo) is a major town of Uralica. Although it is close to Kirov it is still officially considered a separate entity. The Kirovo-Chepetsk Industrial Park is not actually located in the city proper, but rather exactly halfway between the city and the Kirov municipality of Novovyatsk, near the Vyatka Bridge. Still, Kirovo-Chepetsk is regarded as the third-most important city in the wheat trade of Uralica after Kirov and Kotlas.

Culture

Most major Uralican centres, unlike the very multicultural Syktyvkar and Kirov, have two or three predominant Tribes. In the case of Kirovo-Chepetsk, these are the Udmurts and the Maris, with minorities of Russians, Mennonites, Ob Ugrics, and Mordvins. For those who cannot make the trip to Syktyvkar, the secondary offices of the Udmurt and Mari boards currently reside in Kirovo-Chepetsk.

There are no particularly tall buildings in Kirovo-Chepetsk itself, meaning that one can see the tallest buildings of the aforementioned Industrial Park with relative ease. The largest building there to date is the Kirovo-Chepetsk Community Centre, which is often the home of local musical performances.

Sport

Kirovo-Chepetsk has only two sports clubs at present, although this number is expected to increase soon.

Football (Soccer)

Although Kirovo-Chepetsk has no football (soccer) teams yet, they have applied to have at least one play in the Football League in the future. (As Uralica continues to grow, it is expected that other cities joining the nation will follow suit.) Since the season hasn't begun yet, there is talk of moving FK Kirov from the Bolakliiga and/or Udmurt FK and Mari FK from the Kakkonen to Kirovo-Chepetsk.

Ice Hockey

Kirovo-Chepetsk does not yet have a full professional ice hockey club, however this is expected to change as Kirovo-Chepetsk has an application on the table to start an expansion team when the proper UIHL "season" starts in October, to be called "Dinamo Kirovo-Chepetsk."

Team Handball

Kirovo-Chepetsk's first sports club was KK Kirovo-Chepetsk.

Basketball

BK Kepsikirovo is one of eight basketball teams in Uralica and it is expected that they will be a charter member of a semi-professional basketball league in the nation.
