Khalavistan is a medium sized, well developed, and aging nation at 516 days old with citizens primarily of Russian ethnicity whose religion is Islam. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Khalavistan work diligently to produce Lead and Marble as tradable resources for their nation. The government has no definite position on foreign affairs at this time. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Khalavistan has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Khalavistan allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Free speech is considered taboo in Khalavistan. The government of Khalavistan has no compassion for other people of the world and does not contribute to foreign aid. Khalavistan will not make deals with another country that has a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

The Nation of Khalavistan, originally formed 11/21/2006, was deleted in 2008 due to inactivity but was reestablished on August 3, 2009; almost 1000 days after its original creation. It has been a member of two major alliances and one minor alliance: Global Alliance and Treaty Organization, First Imperial Assault Alliance, and The Untouchables. Khalavistan returned to GATO on 11/28/2009.
