The Kaskus-MI6 War began on September 22, 2014, when Kaskus declared war on MI6.
Casus belli
Kaskus posted logs between Unknown Smurf and KenMorningstar of GOONs which stated that, at the end of the AE-Limitless Nexus War, MI6 informed GOONs that Kaskus had given the green light for GOONs to expand their war against Limitless Nexus.
MI6 denied that any such action had taken place, which was verified by KenMorningstar as a misunderstanding. GOONS had reached out to Kaskus to explain this prior to the declaration of war on MI6.
