| Invicta & Alpha Omega Non Aggression Pact |
The Invicta & Alpha Omega Non Aggression Pact is a NAP between Alpha Omega and Invicta. It was announced on November 8, 2007.
Text of the Treaty[]
Article I[]
Members of either Alpha Omega or Invicta are not allowed to enter hostilities with a member of the other alliance. If a nation is attacked by the opposite alliance, that nation must not retaliate, but report to their alliance government as soon as possible. The aggressor should cease his attacks within 72 hours and reparations need to be paid in that same time. If the attacking member refuses to pay reparations he should be expelled from the alliance. If in these 72 hours no reparations have been made, and the offending member has not been expelled, either party has the right to terminate the treaty at once.
Article II[]
By signing this pact no acts of espionage can be made, such as but not limited to in-game and forum-based espionage. Should one of the parties commit an act of espionage and the other one finds out, the offending party may immediately terminate this treaty. Both parties are also prohibited from aiding the enemies of the other party.
Article III[]
Either alliance undertaking military action (aggressive or defensive) against other alliances or nations not party to this document does so without any implication to the other signatory. In the event that either of the said alliances enters a transgression (defensive or aggressive), the other alliance is not obligated to participate for either side.
Article IV[]
This treaty can be revoked at any time by either alliance's respective primary decision making body. Notification of this termination must be received 24 hours in advance of the termination. Once notification has been issued to the opposite alliance, a 72-hour grace period shall stand whereas violence and aggressive acts will not be issued. After that, the articles of this pact will be terminated.
