THE great and almighty Imperator Honorius, may He live forever, is the ruler of Ishtaristan[1] as well as the former ruler of Wickastan[2], another nation (forgotten name) [3], Imperastan[4], and Nova Magna Imperium[5]. He and His nation are proud members of the Green Protection Agency and proud former members of SOS団, the New Sakura Order, the Orange Defence Network and the Legion (pre Purplegate).
