The I-LAW Nuke Crisis started with the defeat of the renegade I-LAW in the Battle for Invasion. With no significant force left to attack the Pacific Empire and with the naval blockade keeping out help from the Midwayan Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Vlad Severin was forced to use his "trump card": nuclear weapons given to him by the MSFSR before the blockade was enforced.
The threat was soon nullified by the superweapons of the Pacific Empire and the I-LAW Coup d'etat has been finally quelled. However, Vlad Severin is still at large and his whereabouts are unknown.
Even now, the citizens of the Pacific Empire still doesn't know that such events are taking place because of the heavy censorship placed unto the media.
Timeline[]
- 7:23 AM - After the Battle for Invasion, documents regarding the location of the nuclear inventory of the I-LAW were confiscated and investigated. Vlad Severin threatens to use his nuclear weapons as his last chance to win against the empire.
- 7:56 AM - Emperor Frank Jaegar and Fuhrer Roy Mustang seeks the recommendation of Pandemonium regarding the issue and starts to plan how to render the threat safe.
- 8:11 AM - Military Satellites were given target coordinates to focus on. Empress Class submarines were deployed to a specific location also.
- 9:00 AM - The military satellites attacked their respective targets.
- 9:00 AM - Diana attacked the ICBM launch facility and destroyed the ICBM version of the New Manhattan Project Bomb, creating a huge trench of what used to be a silo.
- 9:00 AM - Diana attacked the command center/residential mansion of the I-LAW were Vlad Severin is suspected to be hiding, replacing it with a gigantic crater.
- 9:00 AM - Vulcan attacked the military bases, war factories, and barracks of the I-LAW, launching a total of 89 space bombs and 34 space missiles.
- 9:00 AM - Neptune attacked the harbors and airports of the I-LAW, launching a total of 14 space bombs and 7 space missiles.
- 9:06 AM - Empress Class submarines attacked the remaining warships of the I-LAW carrying the 2 New Manhattan Project Bombs. All enemy ships were immediately sunk.
- 9:27 AM - Inspection of the sunk I-LAW warships revealed that the storage facility used for the bombs only sustained minor damages. The bombs were soon disabled on shore.
