Government of the Guru Order

The Government of the Guru Order is appointed at the beginning of each month by the Elders Council. The current government of the Guru Order is serving for July 2010.

Elders Council

The Guru Order Elders Council is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the Guru Order regarding charter changes, treaties, inter-alliance war, banning members of the order and economic programs requiring large monetary contributions. They appoint the Guru Order Government for each month.

Prime Minister

The Prime Minister is responsible for mentoring and educating all government members and for the daily running of the Guru Order. They act as the main spokesman for the order. The position was created November, 2009 by the Elders Council.

Ministry of Security

The Ministry of Security is responsible for maintaining the security of the Guru Order and its member-states. It monitors for rogue nations, spy attacks and suspicious aid transactions and deals with them accordingly. The ministry has existed since September, 2008 under various names but wasn't modernised to Ministry of Security until November, 2009.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for matters involving other alliances. It maintains the embassies of the Guru Order and is in-charge of the Guru Order's official diplomats and encouraging diplomatic activity. It also monitors foreign activities on the Global Forums. The ministry has existed since September, 2008 under various names.

Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is responsible for the Education of new members, the running of the Trade Department, maintaining the Recruiting Forums and the Guardian Program. It assists new members with registering on the Guru Order Forums and IRC and archives new member applications. The ministry was modified May, 2010 to remove the Finance responsibilities and transfer them to the Ministry of Technology, which was renamed the Ministry of Finance.

Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance is responsible for organising technology deals for the Guru Order's member-states. It maintains the technology seller and buyer lists, instructs new technology sellers and assists the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in finding external buyers. The ministry is also responsible for organising Donation Deals, and the running of the Finance Department. The Ministry of Technology was combined with the Finance Duties of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to create the Ministry of Finance in May, 2010.
