The Galactic Guard is a multi-colored team alliance that was founded July 14th, 2015 by Legion-x, Irule777, and Crv24. The alliance today is a quickly growing group with over 40 nations, most being small nations. The alliance is fairly active and has an enjoyable community filled with experienced and new players.
History[]
Following Supernova-X's tough times in early 2015, Tywin Lannister took over the alliance, pushing some former founders of SNX to depart due to ideological differences. Crv24 took a group of SNX members, about 11 strong, and formed a small alliance with a temporary name. On July 14th, 2015, Legion-X and Irule777 were convinced to join by Crv24 and became additional founders. The alliance quickly established under the new name of The Galactic Guard following the merger of Irule's Democratic Council of Nations into it and Legion-X with whatever members he could bring from SNX as well. Legion, due to his level of activity, became Captain, Irule became Lieutenant, and Crv became Master of Operations.
The alliance rapidly grew in its first few weeks due to mass recruiting efforts from Irule and the addition of new staff like Jean in economics and Armacham, formerly in DCN, in Defense.
Government[]
The Galactic Guard is currently governed by an entirely un-elected group called the Command Staff. This staff is comprised of the Captain, currently Legion-X, the Lieutenant as second in command, currently Irule777, and four masters who handler their departments. The Masters are currently Operations, handling internal affairs, lead by Crv24, Economics, handling finances, lead by Jeanvaljean2, Arms, handling Defense, lead by Armacham, and Public Affairs, handling foreign relations, currently vacant.
