The Ministry of External Relations represents Bexar’s interests to the world. It promotes international exchange and offers protection and assistance to Bexarans abroad.
With its headquarters in Cuidad del Rey and a network of missions abroad, the Ministry of External Relations maintains Bexar’s relations with other countries as well as with international and supra-national organizations.
This work concerns much more than just political contacts among governments and parliaments. Because Bexar and Bexaran society are enmeshed in ever-growing international networks, the Ministry promotes intensive interaction and exchange with the world in the fields of business, culture, science and technology, the environment, development issues and many more areas.

Central Office - The Ministers Office provides direct support to the Secretary-General.
Department A - Responsible for the management of the ministry and its internal infrastructure.
Department B - Responsible for diplomatic relations within the region for all non-Nordreich countries.
Department C - responsible for diplomatic relations with non-Nordreich countries outside the region.
Department D - Responsible for the legal affairs of the Ministry.
Department E - Responsible for international cultural affairs and promotion of Bexar's image abroad.
Department F - Responsible for protocol, visits, diplomatic missions and consulates, accreditation, and events.
Department G - Responsible for all diplomatic relations with Nordreich and fellow members of the alliance.
