The National Court of the United Republic of Ireland is the highest court in Ireland and the prime judicial body in the government. The National Court consists off 11 judges and 1 Head Judge. The court also acts as the Court of Criminal Appeal and the High Court.
Judges[]
The Judges and other members of the court are led by the Head Judge who is appointed by the President. All the other judges are also appointed by the President. The judges serve until the age of 65 or until death, resignation or impeachment.
