Preamble[]

The Republic of Antioquia and the Republic of Colombia have recognized the destruction brought about by the war between the two nations, and hereby sign this treaty in order to cease hostilities and prevent future deaths brought about by this war. This treaty will be effective indefenitely and will be responsabilty of both nations.

Article I[]

There shall be a firm peace between the Republic of Antioquia and the Republic of Colombia. This peace will be always in place and no nation has the right to break it.

Article II[]

Section I[]

The army of the Republic of Antioquia will pass under constant supervision of the Military Committee of Antioquia. Every movement of the army of colombia MUST be authorized by antioquian authorities

Section II[]

The president of the Republic of Colombia will be appointed every 2 years by the Congress of Antioquia, with possibility of unlimited reelection.

Section III[]

The regions of magdalena, atlantico, nariño, bolivar, quindio, risaralda, cauca, chocho, manizales and sucre will be annexed to Antioquia. These regions will become departments of the Republic of Antioquia. All authority of Colombia over this regions is unexistant.

Section IV[]

The Bank of Colombia will transfer a total sum of 500.000.000.000 of Antioquian pesos to the Bank of the Republic.

Section V[]

The name of Republic of Colombia will be changed to Province of Colombia.

Article III[]

Any violation of this armistice shall be alerted to all parties involved. All parties involved must put their full effort into the peaceful resolution to such a event.

Article IV[]

This treaty shall be ratified by all of the undersigned signed parties. Each undersigned party shall ratify this through their respective legal means, the sooner the better.
