Atyan is a language that is native to Atya. It has been deemed a simple language to learn given it's grammar rules. Discovered in the Valley of Kings in Atya in 2007, it has been transliterated from the runes it was found in for foreigners, as well as native Atyans to speak, although the runes are used also, though more for official purposes than anything else.
Grammar[]
Atyan has little, if any grammar rules. There are no tenses, just the universal form being used thourghout, no possesive nouns, just the personal pronouns, and easy rules to follow when forming new words. All that must be done is to add a prefix or a suffix to another word. As a result, many of the nouns have the syllables "SHipré", "SHpré or "SHip", as the word "SHipré" is the Atyan word for "thing".

The Latin Alphabet is the most-used alphabet outside of Atya due to the easiness of using it online.

The double letters (AA, EE etc.) are cases where the letter, and not the sound the letter makes must be made. e.g. "AA" is the sound "AE", "EE" is the sound "EE", "II" is the sound "EYE", OO is the sound "OH" and UU is the sound "EW". This is more easily expressed with a nii or '. However the nii doesn't show up on most systems so the longer, "double-vowel" is used. In Atyan, practicality is used with the alphabet. Examples of this include not putting in letters where they need not go in words(the opposite of "silent letters" in English), the absence of the letter "C", as there already are two letters making the noise a C makes, a letter for the sounds "TH", "SH" and "CH" and the letter "Q" on it's own the whole time, without a "U" after it.
